Keep these in your signature or remember them for when you fight.

Health: How much damage you can take before being defeated
Chakra: How much energy you have towards performing Jutsu
Speed: Improves your chances of dodging an attack((Starts at 10 for Genin))
Dexterity: Improves your chances of hitting someone with an attack((Starts at 10 for Genin))
Strength: Every 20 strength increases your base damage by 1. So for 0-19 you have 1 damage.((Starts at 10 for Genin))
Intelligence: Improves your chances of gathering information and things of that sort((Starts at 10 for Genin))

For Kage starting stats talk to Dawn. Your stats will be upped after a training, mission, or fight. A mod will look at the whole fight judge your performance and give a a certain amount of stats. 1-20 that you can add to any of your stats besides health and chakra. And you must apply them to an area after given or they will just be lost.

Each kage starts with there stats in the 70s

Hmm i think they should count say like each spar is 3 points on each stat.

I have thought to re-edit the beginning stats for Kages and Akatsuki Members. For now on these people will start with their stats in the 150s. Since they should be ahead of everyone. I would make it higher but they must still work to become stronger just like everyone else.

So the Kages/Akatsuki right now change their stats or their stats stay the same?

Keep them right now just future terms.
