Description:My right arm is all bandage up,with a paper seal and when is removed the design is showed and level is activated.First of all Level one gives the user two times the speed,chakra,dexterity and strengh.When level two is activated it gives the user four times the same thing and two dragons appear.It gives more defense, offense and when they vanish, the user can give 10 of his chakra so they can reappear.The dragons can work as wings, but only it gives the user the ability to glide.

Increase the amount of chakra for the dragons to reappear 4 is way too low.
